Why ‘Good Values’?
Students all around the world struggle with similar challenges.
According to the UN, between 14-18% of teenagers struggle with substance abuse world-wide, depression and suicide rates are on the rise, and bullying affects even the youngest school-aged children.
Good Values makes all the difference!
When students are taught good values such as respect for themselves and others, refraining from drugs and alcohol, and making healthy choices, they can overcome such challenges! We know when students grasp these values, they can become good leaders who could change their generation, and therefore, the world!
How do we share these values?
GV Cultural Exchange integrates sharing about good values through a captivating drama and interactive conversation discussing the difference between good and bad decisions. Our program is age-adjustable; this means we discuss these things at an appropriate level depending on the ages of the students we present in front of. With older secondary students, we share more specifically, and with younger students address general values of not bullying, being kind, and working hard at school.
